When Angie brought GROOV3 to the studio I was immediately hooked! I love the format, the DJ mixes, variety, freedom and accessibility. Most of all I love the incredible energy and vibe everyone brings to the classes! All levels, having an absolute blast together while getting in an incredible workout that honestly does not feel like one cause it’s too much fun🤩
