Lindsey is proud to be Chicago’s first GROOV3 instructor and a master trainer spreading the GROOV3ment. A proud mom of two, she’s obsessed with coffee and dreams of opening her own dance studio one day. She loves the GROOV3 community and all the amazing friendships and connections it has brought into her life.
