Nupeir is thrilled to be a GROOV3 instructor. Nupeir started dancing at an early age but became passionate about it in college. He graduated with a Theater Arts Degree and Minor in Dance, at California State University, Sacramento. He has then come to Los Angeles to continue his career as a professional dancer and actor.
