Mandy Meeks

Mandy Meeks was born and raised in sunny Southern California. From the young age of 3 she started dancing at a local studio called The Dance Shop. There she began to compete in the dance world and began to take classes at The Edge in Hollywood. Mandy attended the Los Angeles County High School for the Performing Arts where she majored in Dance with a minor in Musical Theater. After getting accepted into the University of California Southern California for Dance, Mandy decided to take a break from schooling and work in the field. She continued to work for companies like The Walt Disney Parks Resort and Carnival Cruise as both a dancer and singer. Once back in the United States she decided to settle down and became very interested in fitness. GROOV3 is the perfect combination of dance and fitness and allowed Mandy to let loose and get back to dancing like she's always loved.
